Frequently asked questions about custom packaging
Do you have an online 3D editor?
Yes. You can create your artwork online from scratch without Photoshop, or upload a PDF, AI, EPS or PNG file and preview it on the box in 3D. Rotate the model through 360° and simulate assembly.
Can I get a quote without registering?
Yes. The configurator provides an automatic, real-time quote with no registration required.
How quickly will I receive my boxes?
EXPRESS takes 2 working days, REGULAR 5 and SAVING 9. If you order by 1:00 pm CET, that day counts as a working day.
I do not have artwork. Can I still order?
Yes. Create it in the online 3D editor, ask our team for support or send us your specifications via WhatsApp.
How many box shapes do you offer?
More than 4,900 parametric dielines, with no die-cutting costs thanks to digital laser cutting.
Which premium finishes do you offer?
Soft touch, gold and silver foil, embossing, spot UV, gloss and matt lamination, and 3D-effect varnish.
Is print protection mandatory?
No, but we recommend it: it makes the carton stiffer and more resistant to scratches and scuffing.
Are there any current promotions?
