Check these points before uploading. Do not resize or alter the dieline.
- High-resolution PDF, preferably PDF/X-4
- CMYK colour profile and embedded images
- Images at least 300 dpi
- Fonts embedded or converted to outlines
- 3 mm bleed beyond the cut line
- Important elements at least 3 mm from cuts and folds
- Separate layers for artwork, dieline and finishes
- Barcodes and QR codes in 100% K black

Questions about artwork?
01Do you accept AI or EPS files as well as PDF?+
Yes. We accept PDF, AI and EPS. For best results, use a high-resolution PDF with fonts and images embedded.
02What happens if the artwork contains errors?+
Our team checks the file before production and emails you if anything needs correcting.
03Can I preview it before ordering?+
Yes. In the 3D editor you can rotate the packaging through 360°, check the artwork and simulate assembly.
04Are the dimensions internal or external?+
Dimensions entered in the configurator are external. Ask our team to check them if you are unsure.
05Can I prepare gold, silver and raised varnish?+
Yes. Special finishes must be placed on a separate layer using the spot colours in the complete guidelines.
