01What does HelloPack do?+
HelloPack is the online custom-packaging brand of the 3D PRINT Group. We directly manufacture boxes, labels and leaflets.
02Do I need to register to get a quote?+
No. Quotes are automatic and available without registration. You need an account only when completing a purchase.
03How do I request a custom quote?+
Configure online or send the specifications by WhatsApp or email. Our team will help free of charge.
04Are there any current promotions?+
Available offers are always shown on the Promotions page and directly in the configurator.

Orders and shipping
01What is the minimum order?+
Custom boxes start from one piece. The minimum for labels and leaflets is 500 pieces.
02Which payment methods do you accept?+
Credit card, PayPal, advance bank transfer and instant MyBank transfer.
03When will I receive my order?+
The quote shows production options and the estimated date. You receive courier tracking when it ships.
04Do you ship abroad?+
Yes. We ship throughout Italy and Europe by express courier.

Packaging and boxes
01How many box types do you make?+
Choose from more than 4,900 parametric shapes. If you cannot find the right one, our team can design a custom solution.
02Are dimensions internal or external?+
Dimensions entered in the configurator are external box dimensions in millimetres.
03How much does the cutting die cost?+
Digital cutting means there is no die charge, even for small quantities and mock-ups.
04Do the boxes arrive assembled?+
Cartons arrive glued and flat, so they take up less space and are easy to assemble.

3D editor and artwork
01How does the 3D editor work?+
Choose the shape and dimensions, then create artwork online or upload your file. Rotate the box and simulate assembly.
02Can I create artwork without Illustrator?+
Yes. Add logos, text, images and colours in the editor without external software.
03Which files can I upload?+
PDF, AI, EPS and PNG. For printing, use 300 dpi images and 3 mm bleed.
04Do you check the artwork?+
Yes. Before production, we check readability and technical quality and flag any corrections.

Materials and finishes
01Which paperboards do you use?+
White, kraft, recycled and metallised boards, plus food-suitable substrates in different weights.
02Are the boxes FSC® certified?+
FSC® MIX and FSC® RECYCLED certified boards are available.
03Which finishes can I choose?+
Soft touch, gold and silver, embossing, selective UV varnish, gloss and matt lamination, and 3D-effect varnish.
04Can I print inside and outside?+
Yes for paperboard and premium packaging. Some food solutions can be printed only on the outside.

01What is the minimum for labels?+
The minimum is 500 labels on rolls for manual or automatic application.
02Can I add barcodes and variable data?+
Yes. We support EAN and QR codes, batches, expiry dates and variable content.
03Do leaflets arrive folded?+
Yes. They arrive folded in the selected format and ready to use.
04What is the minimum for leaflets?+
The minimum is 500 pieces, printed front and back in colour or black.
